Gurleen Sarai, C-IAYT, is a certified Yoga Therapist and experienced Yoga Teacher dedicated to helping individuals restore health, balance, and harmony through the transformative practice of yoga. Based in Abbotsford, she has been serving her community since 2016, guiding people toward improved well-being with compassion and expertise.
Gurleen received her Advanced Therapeutic Yoga training from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. Her professional and academic journey has allowed her to serve diverse populations across Canada, the USA, and India, offering both private and group sessions in clinical and wellness settings.
Her specialized focus includes rehabilitation, stress and trauma care, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, women’s health, pre- and postnatal therapy, kids’ yoga camps, mental health, senior yoga, and cardiorespiratory health. Gurleen’s approach is gentle, restorative, and personalized—rooted in professionalism, ethics, and the standards of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
