New Patients

🌿 New to Newleaf? We’re so glad you’re here!

We can’t wait to welcome you. To help your first visit go smoothly, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  1.  Seeing a chiropractor, physiotherapist, athletic therapist or kinesiologist? Please bring shorts so we can assess movement comfortably.
  2. Insurance billing: If you’d like us to bill your insurance directly, please bring your benefits card. We also require a credit card on file for all patients.
  3. Online forms: If you haven’t had a chance to fill out our online forms (available here), please make sure you arrive at least 15min prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete them in person.
  4. Cancellations: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
Note: Third-party payers do not cover cancellation fees.

If you have any questions at all, we’re just a phone call away: 604-850-2511.
We look forward to meeting you and supporting your wellness journey.
