Bach Flower Therapy
Dr. Edward Bach was a well-known bacteriologist, physician, and pathologist. He lived in England, where he developed the 38 Bach Flower Remedies from 1928-1935. Each one relates to a human emotion, and the beneficial properties of these flowers, will help to find an inner harmony, psychological and physical. An inner conflict in the soul creates a blockage that leads to illness and disease, Dr. Bach believed. A Bach Flower Remedy treats the root blockage, to resolve the crisis by treating the person based on their personality. The most well known remedy is a combination of five flowers and is called Rescue Remedy. Today the Bach Centre runs the Dr. Bach legacy, carried on by his assistants, and all the Bach Flower Remedies are made by his company worldwide, to guarantee their potency and effectiveness.
These remedies are carried today in almost every health food store.
