ICBC Treatment Coverage
At Newleaf Total Wellness Centre, we’re committed to making your recovery journey as smooth and supportive as possible. If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, ICBC provides coverage for a set number of treatments for up to 12 weeks from the date of your accident. While most costs are covered, a small user fee may apply for each visit.
To help you navigate this process with confidence, all ICBC patients are strongly encouraged to attend a free 30-minute consultation with our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) before booking or attending their first appointment. This complimentary service ensures you receive the highest standard of care and support as you move through your treatment plan.
Our PCC will guide you every step of the way. From reviewing accident details and explaining available treatments to booking appointments and orienting you to our clinic, we’re here to save you time, reduce stress, and help you connect with the right practitioners for your unique needs.

How to book your icbc treatment
- Select the ICBC specific treatments when booking online.
- If booking by phone please specify you have an open ICBC claim and have all your information ready.
- If you’d like help understanding these benefits and/or coordinating your appointments, ask for our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) – she’ll handle the details and guide you through the process. PCC appointments are always FREE.
Before your ICBC Treatment Appointment
Please complete the online intake form we have sent you by email and include the following information:
- ICBC Claim number
- Personal Health Number
- Date of Injury
- Your legal name
- Your claim specialists name and phone number
As our reception staff needs time to verify your claim, we do require the above information before the day of your appointment to guarantee direct billing for your treatment.
