Kat grew up with a love for several sports and being physically active. She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at The University of The Fraser Valley and is also a Certified Personal Trainer. She has always valued the importance of movement for optimal health and is excited to educate and help people enhance their lives through movement. Kat uses a client-focused approach to help people create individualized plans to help them move better to perform the activities they love. Whether you are an athlete, someone who is recovering from an injury, or someone who is trying to make lifestyle changes, she is excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals.
