What is Holistic Nutrition?
The philosophy of holistic nutrition is to combine the complex interplay between environmental, physical, chemical, mental and emotional wellbeing in an individual. It’s not always about eating whole organic foods. Rather, the approach is to examine the whole picture (or the whole person as it were) as to address any major contributors to a wide range of health issues.
Our bodies have a tremendous ability to heal. Holistic nutrition provides an approach to be supportive and nourishing to the entire body system while addressing underlying healthy conditions at the root.
Why Holistic Nutrition?
Each person is their own individual; it is no different when it comes to health. You can have two people with very similar symptoms but the root cause can be entirely different. The approach to heal and or manage it becomes entirely different as well. It not a one size fits all approach.
Our Registered Holistic Nutritionist takes the time to get to know YOU and your health issues, lifestyle, symptoms, what is working and what’s not. Together you create goals and practical changes and supportive measures to get to that goal and improve your health and lifestyle.
The issues our Nutritionist can work with (and the list is not inclusive – so if you’re not sure, have a 10 minute conversation with her to find out how she can help):
