Lindsey is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Creator of The Holistic Mama Method and Founder of Holihappy Retreats. She has an Honours degree in Communications, a Bachelor of Education and is bilingual in French and English. She has also recently received her Level One Reiki. As a bonus, Lindsey has worked in social work for the past ten years, which naturally brings her clients a higher level of counselling and empathy. She firmly believes in our ability to take a preventative approach to our health rather than reactive.
Lindsey conducts highly personalized nutritional counselling sessions to maximize success. During these sessions, she thoroughly examines each person on an individual basis. She then aims to get to the root cause of the given health concern or condition rather than only dealing with symptoms. She focuses on all aspects of a person’s life, such as mindset, self-care, stress level, sleep, exercise, and, of course, diet.
