What Kinds of Injuries Do We Mean?

We are talking about strains, sprains, and dislocations which include injuries to ligaments and tendons. As an example, an eversion ankle sprain is very common. This is when the ankle rolls outward damaging or tearing the ligaments on the outside of the ankle. A sprain where the ankle rolls inward in much less common. While an ankle sprain sounds inconsequential, these injuries can be extremely painful and debilitating, with a lot of swelling, especially if it is the first time you do it.
