I am a Registered Physiotherapist with several years of experience. I graduated in 2011 and have worked in acute care settings/hospitals and outpatient settings. I enjoy treating people of all ages I use a combination of techniques rich in manual therapy, including symptom modification, trigger point release, shockwave therapy, Vestibular therapy, client education, and individualized exercise program to achieve their goals. I firmly believe in treating patient symptoms and the source of pain to ensure long-term relief for my patients. I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of patients over the years. My interest in women’s pelvic floor physiotherapy started after taking courses and realizing how impactful this type of treatment can be for many women. I love that pelvic floor physiotherapy provides a safe space for women to address their concerns and can often significantly improve their quality of life. I have found that incorporating pelvic floor treatment into my practice has enhanced my general physiotherapy skills and has given me the ability to treat people more holistically! I am enthusiastic about sharing my passion for health and wellness with all my patients and love to help people reach their health goals. I love to spend time with my family and explore beautiful nature in my free time. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey of doing what you love and reaching your functional goals.
