While a healthy diet is important, it is also essential to treat yourself once in a while so that your cravings don’t get out of control! We all know the feeling after a bad diet day! So how can this be avoided? We have found a solution.
Banana Ice Cream!
Yup, you read it correctly. There is such a thing as “healthy ice cream”. We are calling it Nice-Cream, the nice way to enjoy your favourite summer treat-guilt free- while on your bikini diet this summer.
Not only is it healthy and delicious, it is simple as well! Just keep frozen bananas handy, slice them, add them to your blender with a splash of water or milk for your desired thickness, and you have it!
Frozen Banana Ice cream is vegan, dairy- and gluten-free, but you’d never guess it.
Blueberry Banana Ice Cream
Add blueberries and a little vanilla extract to bananas to get a lavender-colored ice cream that tastes as good as it looks.
Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Peanut butter makes this “ice cream” taste even richer than normal—and a dash of cinnamon and sea salt adds some flavor complexity.
Healthy Banana Nut Chip Ice Cream
This is for all you banana bread lovers out there: banana “ice cream,” complete with toasted walnuts, mini chocolate chips, a dash of cinnamon, and a bit of maple syrup. Yum!
