Whether it’s helping patients maintain a healthy lifestyle or helping them return to optimal performance; Lisa is committed to treating all her patients as individuals.
Lisa graduated massage therapy college in 2005, at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, and has been practicing in the Abbotsford area ever since. She has taken many post graduate studies in different massage techniques, her most recent course is in chronic pain, primarily headaches and low back pain.
Lisa is committed to working alongside her patients and enjoys educating them in the power that they have to help in their healing process. She will work closely with you to set up a homecare program of stretching and strengthening exercises.
Lisa is planning to return to school and complete her kinesiology degree and work closely with athletes of all levels.
Lisa is a proud mom. When she’s not running after her little boy, she enjoys hiking and biking and spending time with friends.
