Ayesha has always been fascinated by the way the human body moves—an early curiosity that led her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Physical Therapy from the University of Delhi in 2010 and later deepened her expertise by completing a post-graduate diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College in Toronto in 2014.

Her clinical practice is backed by a wide range of certifications, including Dry Needling, Vestibular Therapy, TMJ Therapy, Concussion Management, and the Mulligan Concept. Over the years, Ayesha has worked closely with paediatric, geriatric, post-surgical and complex musculoskeletal patients, bringing both compassion and precision to her work.

Having personally navigated life with Fibromyalgia for nearly two decades, Ayesha has developed a strong interest in pain management strategies. She believes a Physical Therapist’s greatest tools are their hands and a sound understanding of anatomy—both of which she relies on heavily in her treatment approach.

A firm advocate for evidence-based practice, Ayesha continuously updates her knowledge to ensure her patients receive the most effective care. She emphasizes education as a key component of healing, empowering patients to understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.

Known for her effervescence, quick wit, and unwavering dedication, Ayesha is a natural people person whose enthusiasm energizes those around her. She loves traveling and discovering new places, but Toronto remains her first love. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and writing poetry—an art form that has earned her national recognition in the past.
