Michelle is a mountain seeking, sushi loving mom of two. Her passion for health and wellness stems back to childhood and continues to be a primary component in her life.
Having graduated in 2007 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, she currently holds a designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist and has worked as a Nutritionist and Vitamin Specialist at various local establishments in the Lower Mainland; was the Nutritionist for a program on optimizing health with Genetic expression through diet and exercise; she owned a fair trade and loose leaf tea company; and owned and operated a local CrossFit gym.
Michelle’s life hasn’t been without challenge, however. She has been living with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) for over 20 years and has raised two children with special needs (ADHD, Learning Disabilities & Autism). She knows the difference nutrition makes when it comes to health issues because she too has lived it and supports her family through a healthy diet and lifestyle – even when medications were included as a holistic approach.
Michelle encourages practical implementation of changes to support a healthier lifestyle while improving symptoms and managing illness.
