Kristi wholeheartedly believes in a collaborative approach to counselling. Seeing herself not as the driver of the process, but rather the passenger that is there to help guide you. She believes that each individual has a unique story and requires a therapeutic approach tailored to their needs. She strives to create a comfortable space that gives clients the safety to be vulnerable. Kristi feels honoured to be invited to walk along an individual’s journey towards wellness and empowerment while being constantly amazed at the strength and commitment that people have to make positive changes in their lives.
When not at work Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband, two small boys, and dog. She likes to remain active and engage in outdoor activities. She is also an avid bookworm.
