Andrea holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Masters degree in Development Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has over a decade of experience in the social services sector supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and has provided counselling services to children, youth, adults, couples, and families. When she’s not working, you can often find Andrea hiking with her Doberman x Lab puppy and Milo, her pet pygmy goat.

Andrea draws from numerous clinical methods in her approach, including cognitive-behavioural, narrative, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based therapy.
