Amy has successfully completed the 2,200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program in Alberta. She finds great satisfaction in helping people and loves reaping the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle. This has forged the most rewarding career path in Massage Therapy.

She brings a background of education and as such has sharpened observational and relational skills, and seeks to treat the patient individually according to their lifestyle, personality and unique concerns. Patients under Amy’s professional care will note her candor, relaxing yet theraputic treatment style, and feel empowered to meet their treatment goals through hydrotherapy and stretching/strengthening between treatments.

Amy believes that change in a positive direction is possible for all, and enjoys treating a variety of populations in her practice. She implements Swedish, Myofascial, Theraputic, Trigger Point and Muscle Energy Techniques, among others to her treatment approach. Myofascial Cupping is also in her scope of practice as a massage professional. Amy would love to introduce you to this modality in your treatment, upon request.

When Amy is not at the clinic you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her husband and kids, catching a workout class , or cultivating the Hygge lifestyle with good food and company, or cozying up to a great book.

**Please note that as Amy waits to write the boards in BC, her treatments will not be eligible for any reimbursement by your extended plan, and therefore offered at a reduced rate**
